About Custom Developments
Custom Developments is a Cornish company developing properties in the local region. Our passion lies, is in choosing our own sites with care, investigating the needs of the community and creating our designs from the results.
Established in 2010, Custom Developments has successfully completed projects ranging from terraced starter homes to bespoke high-end individual properties. All of which are designed to be in keeping with their surrounding enviornment, using locally sourced materials and products.
Our ethos is to construct energy efficient properties to a high specification using local trades people who have the same vision and dedication to quality as ourselves. We aim to create homes that meet modern day living requirements, where people can lead the lifestyle they desire.
Dan Herman
The face of the company is Daniel Herman. Born and bred in Newquay he cares about the local environment and wants to share his love for the region. Daniel is very much a hands on person who is always willing to meet and discuss matters with his clients face to face. In his spare time Daniel is a keen surfer who enjoys spending time with his family on the beach.
